If you get Grays Anatomy, you will not need to get any other Gross Anatomy, Histology, or Embryology book. All of the divisions of anatomy are in Grays.
However The professors may or may not lecture out of Grays. The information will be the same, just presented differently. So It depends on how you learn, and which book you like.
