NOC for J1 ( India)

Dear friends,

I am graduated from Jaipur, India and for J1 I need NOC from Dept. of health. My question, from where I should get NOC, Govt. of India, N Delhi or from Rajasthan State health dept ?

Hello there. I am an IMG, matched at an university program in USA, which sponsors J1 visa only. I was searching the internet for statement of need and found ur id in one of the forums. I guess you must have good knowledge about it now. I know what forms and stuff to send to the office in New Delhi Central Health Ministry.

Will they send me the letter by post to my address in Pune? How long do they take to send it? And, can I follow-up with them in anyway?

Your help will be much appreciated. Many thanks.

the Ministry people will send u the Statement of need by post, but I think it will take anywhere from 10-15 days to more.
