I am writing to make you aware that please be aware for j1 waiver physician recruiter pitfalls.i had a very "seasoned "recruiter from florida who seems to be all over in advertisements.She of course helped me look for an employer.Finally 2 days before the filing the employer withdrew the contract saying they had found someone to join sooner;Now that I was left withiut a job 48 hrs prior to filing -to top it all my recruiter refused to pay my money back-initial fee was non refundable that I never asked back but the final fee almost 2500 dollars for the real job was never refunded back to me even though the employer retracted 48 hrs prior
I was left with no job 48 hrs prior to filing and duped of 5000 dollars.please be careful of such recruiters;DO NOT pay them till your contract is signed by both parties
