Hello there. I am an IMG, matched at an university program in USA, which sponsors J1 visa only. I was searching the internet for statement of need and found ur id in one of the forums. I guess you must have good knowledge about it now. I know what forms and stuff to send to the office in New Delhi Central Health Ministry.

I would like to please know -- Will they send me the letter by post to my address in Pune? How long do they take to send it? And, can I follow-up with them in anyway?
