H-1B after residency, what happens?
Hello,
I have a question about the H-1B visa. If you do a residency on H-1B visa, what happens after you finish residency? Do you get a green card or do you have to get another H-1B? If you get another H-1B (which is what I have been hearing) then are you limited to cap-exempt employers? Because otherwise I don't know how one would get another H-1B. Because if the employer is subject to the annual H-1B cap, if would be near impossible to get the H-1B, because the cap runs out so quickly. Can anyone please provide some help on this topic? thanks Nancy nwang1981may@yahoo.com |
