immigration advise and something else..

Hi there,

I have an immigration associated question. I hope you guys answer my questions.

My wife is a canadian..I'm living out of canada now. actually I'm attending other country med school. I have a plan to go and immigrate next year for residency in canada.

Do you think it is possible to apply for a citizenship now through Canada embassy in my country?
And applying for a canadian citizenship is helpful for applying for a residency in Canada?

Another question..

You guys,,do you think it is helpful to solve USMLE step2 kaplan Q-book for MCCEE ?

I almost solved past MCCEE questions..

Thank you.
