DO you know if the ECFMG will sponshor my J1 visa to continue my training?

it wil be best to call ecfmg and ask them about the J 1 cos i have a frnd who did her rheumat fellowship on ecfmg j 1 i think.
how hard is it to get into fellowships for IMG if you are from a com college?
