Teri Loans
I don't know if anyone else is as worried as I am concerning financial aid, but I just contacted Teri Loans and was told that with a solid co-signer, the only things that would cause you to be disapproved for a loan are bankrupticies, defaulted student loans, or any other major derogs on your credit report. So hopefully a few late payments shouldn't be a problem.

Great, I have 2 negative accounts. One has late payments. One is a collection. I should have the collection removed pretty soon, but I'll be left with the one negative account with late payments and an open credit card that is almost maxed out ($1000 limit). My dad has already said he'd cosign, so I feel a lot better about it.
