Fafsa/grad plus loan ?s when transfering

If i transfer from one offshore medical school to a school in poland and i have grad plus loans, do i have to reapply for the loan? Also do i have to file a correction to my fafsa? Just wondering about the grad plus loan because getting a co-signer can be a problem for me if i decide to transfer and need to reapply. It would be between mid semesters so im not sure how this works, anybody have any idea?

Fafsa/grad plus loan? I think this is a big problem and most of student shouldn't be avoided it. Well, i have the same situation with you all. I can't find any other good method to solve it, but i know some way to solve it.
