Need Sponsorship ... No Loan Being Offered

This is my first post, as I hope to be posting more and hopefully be able to give advice and suggestions to incoming students to the Medical field.

I am currently attending a Caribbean Medical School and I am in my 2nd Tri-Semester. Since I started out in my 1st Tri (January 2007), our school is not approved of any loans at the moment, and I've been finding different ways of being able to support myself through school. This process is getting very tough and very frustrating with too much added stress. I found out today, that students are able to gain sponsorship from Hospitals, Physicians, etc..

I was hoping there is an opportunity for me to gain something like this. If anyone can give me any information that might help me, it would be more than great.
