please i need help.i submitted my teri loan form as an applicant with a co borrower.i received the first email from iefc which tells me they acknowledged the receipt of my application.the second email was that my loan has been conditionally aPPROved and that are processing my loan agreement form .they told me that me and my co signer has to sign the credit agreement form and fax it or mail it to them.
the third email came and it says can you click on this link to acess your credit agreemant form,they said i and my co borower should sign and with the documentation of income we should fax it or mail it to them.
the problem is i tried to acess the credit agreement form but i am beeen asked for my LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD.
I CALLED TERI,THEY SAID I THEY CAN ONLY GIVE THAT TO MY CO SIGNER WHO IS IN AMERICA.
PLEASE WHY CANT THEY GIVE ME THE LOGIN DETAILS AND IS THIS THE NORMAL WAY TERI GIVES OUT THE LOGIN DETAILS TO YOUR COSIGNER ONLY.DO THEY EMAIL IT TO YOUR COSIGNER EMAIL ADDRESS?
I NEED SOMEONE TO PM ON WHAT TO DO PLEASE
