    Wow! I didn't know about this. I love dried mango especially the ones from the Philippines.

    It's really all about a balanced diet. Also, I'm still able to eat a slice of my favorite chocolate cake every now and then since I workout.
    I've also heard a lot about spinach, broccoli, blueberry and wheatgrass being superfoods.

    I used green vegetables and fruits for all my meals, restricted meats to beef, pork, and I used to regularly vegan for dinner.
