I'm a SMU student finishing up first semester and looking for a new roommate to move into the smaller bedroom for next semester. I currently live in a two-bedroom townhouse in Southampton Gardens, which is about a 10 minute walk from SMU or a 5 minute bike ride. It is located just across the street from the Strand Plaza where Foster's Food Fair is located. The landlady is young, fun, really nice, and accommodating. Reply if interested! I do have pictures.

Unlike the mountain bikes that most students have, this is a ROAD bike with razor thin tires, which provide the least resistance on the road, giving you FAST speeds and effortless pedaling.

All parts for this bike and servicing are available by the good people at Uncle Bill's.

I'm selling this bike for $100 CI, available at the end of the semester. Considering the fact that the cheapest mountain bike at uncle bills costs more than this bike, this is a steal because it's a road bike. For $125 CI, I'll throw in a tire pump, wrench, tire removal tool (pretty much everything you need to replace a flat tire), and a thick cable lock (not the one in the pictures).
