How many LORS do I need to get a decent residency in internal medicine.
of course scores are important, but one needs LORS too.
I have been told that it's the quality and not the quantity that matters.
I guess it means a LOR from a reputed staff from GOOD university, or a very long and adulatory LOR from some not-that-bad university.
