I have a 2bedroom/1bathroom. It has hard wood floors and dishwasher in unit, it is located on the 5th floor. Rent is 1400 + electric BGE. That means that all your other utilities are included in the rent price such as cold water, hot water, heat, AC, cable and internet are included in rent. Built in bookcase in living room. Big spacious living room. Lots of closet space. Both bedrooms are equal in size and are spacious. Amenities include movie theater (where you can play your own DVD and watch in big screen), gym, lounge area (with pool table), beautiful garden, library with fireplace. Parking has never been a problem for me and has been available outside of the apartment building (there is garage parking if needed for additional fee). Neighborhood is really really safe and so is building. Front desk is open 24 hours for security.

It's a lovely apartment.
