Two bedrooms, both with their own private bathrooms, will be available starting in January. The house is gorgeous and overlooks the ocean. It is a three bedroom house, and it has a private pool, generator, washing machine, air conditioning, ceiling fans, etc. Located in the Crosbies area, it's about a 10 minute drive to North Campus, 2 minutes to West campus and Woods Mall. Each room is $795 US and the rooms will be available for Jan semester. I am a professional who owns properties in Chicago and Washington, DC and cater to medical students all over the world who are rotating in Chicago and DC. I rent rooms and have a private condo that I rent.

In Chicago, the rooms are west and the condo is south. Room rentals start at $600 per month and the condo rental is $750 per month. Both options are fully furnished and come with all utilities included. The room rentals come with wifi and satellite tv.

The DC rental is a 2 bedroom condo and rent varies, so please ask.

The deposit for both options is $200 and is refundable. The deposit is required to hold a spot for you and the first month's rent is due in advance of you receiving keys.

I also give referral bonuses for any student you refer to me and this bonus is $50 per student you refer who rents from me.
