I feel real dumb right now but during the CCS cases when I transferred my patients to ICU management I forgot each time to write for continuous BP monitoring and pulse ox and cardiac monitoring. Obviously a major screw up but I didn't catch this until the last case, case 9 where I actually did write for it. Anyone know how this might effect the scoring?
