Don't judge a book by it's cover. The biggest is not the best. Destiny is a medical school with very high standards. To understand this concept in the context of high standards an examination of goals, expectations and outcomes will prove that Destiny University is a medical University of "exemplary" status. Your destiny is waiting for you at "Destiny University School of Medicine."

the destiny name is one followed by money and greed, even moreso than most any other place out there.

It's great, it sucks, tastes great, less filling....does the truth lie somewhere in between?

Is it still active and are their students becoming practicing physicians anywhere?

I remember when everyone chortled at the mention of St Georges, but they seem to have come a long way and are doing well. Is Destiny so different? Is there litigation pending against them or something?

I guess there's always hesitation and doubt when faced w/ a school that has little track record. SGU took 30+ years to pull it off, so upstarts like this school have a tough hill to climb in order to become reputable.

They've been open since '01 according to their information thread, so I'm thinking that they should have had a graduating class by now.

It's funny that UHSADOC decided to include windsor in the "better list to go by". I guess 30 grads and change in its 10 year history = enough street cred huh? lol

Can you tell me more about this school. I always like to ask for the Good, the Bad and the UGLY I would love to hear some insiders views on the school.

I am a transferring student about to enroll for the third and fourth semesters, I wanted to ask you if you help me with some information about those who have actually graduated from this school.

These are my questions?

1. Does the school current have students in the US residency program?

2. Other than California and perhaps Texas who may have blacklist this program because it has an element of long distance program, which other states should I state away? I know that Arkansas will accept students from this school because of their medical law, the questions, which other States will welcome students coming from Destiny?
3. How many students do you personally know are currently enrolled in this school (first and second semesters; third and fourth semesters; and fifth through 8 semester)?

4. How do you enjoy the program? Do you feel like you are learning a lot, that is whether you in the long distance or campus based?

5. How well does Dr. Harrington prepare His students for first step of USLME and how many students do actually pass. I guess I am asking for their support level.

Please kindly let me know these answers because I have to make up my mind in a few days whether to pay for my tuition.
