Does anyone know if there are any european dental schools that would take US citizens? I am particularly interested in the Chech republic and poland.

There are dental schools throughout the region that teach in English. Semmelweis in Budapest is one of them. However, I understand that returning to the US is difficult.

PUMS Dental Program

Poznan has a 5-year dental program. The class size is really small. I think there are only 5 people in this year's entering class, and I don't know much about it as I'm in the medical program. Here's the link:

Comenius

Hi.
I'm at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Our school has a 5 year dental program - used to be 6 years but has been refitted to match with EU requirements. Their program is very similar to general medicine and only starts to differ in the upper years. The class size for the English program is very small - 3 students in 3rd year. No North Americans as far as I know. S-

It isn't so easy to work as a dentist in US after graduating from Europeaqn school, but if you want to work in UK or Ireland - you can do it without any problems.
In Poland 4 medical universities offer 5-year English programs in dentistry: Szczecin, Poznan, Wroclaw and Lodz
You can find the links at this website:
