Have anyone here already passed entering exams to First Faculty in Prague? Was it difficult?
Im applying to CU this year and I'm kind of worrying about exams... I'd be grateful for any advices about it

I'm going to be sitting the exam for CU Dentistry in June. I've heard the pass mark is quite high - 80% for Dentistry so I'm guessing it will be similar for Medicine.

Make sure you know all the topics listed in the syllabus for the entrance exam. This is very important. Don't waste time studying things which will not be tested.

I got accepted some weeks ago and it was really easy. Didnt even study for it, just had chem, bio and phy in high school. Kind of put me off to be honest hehe

I'm sitting for the exam on June 11, but I've already written entrance exams for Masaryk/LFHK/Palacky, and they weren't terribly hard. There's a fair number of trick questions, but if you break each one down and make sure you're familiar with the entry topics, you won't have any problems at all. The one thing I can really stress is to make sure you're comfortable with organic chemistry. Apart from that, you should be fine.

@Dee I've heard doesnt make it, we need straight evidence....answers that you know, know is the word!

I have been accepted too ...did you get anything like an official acceptance ....I haven't heard anything as yet?I was just told in my interview....am kind of worried? what are the prospects after studying from first faculty...I have heard lots of good stuff but I am not from Europe so worried..Is it easy to make through PLAB and the USMLE'S?

When I was accepted last year, they gave me the acceptance letter right away. During the "interview".

The interview just consisted of "why did you choose the 1st faculty/Prague and here is your acceptance letter"

It should be more difficult for dentists because they only accept 20 as opposed to 120 for GM
