Thread: Charles first faculty of medicine

Hey guys I got a quick question.....

I Sent my application my email and got a confirmation email back..but I was wondering if I have post a signed application too???

Would have emailed the faculty itself but I have asked then so many questions already..I think they are annoyed of me

Last year I just sent the application online and it was fine.

Oh but what I found surprising was that they don't want ANY documents...and i don't get tht translation thingy either....I don't live in Czech Republic soo how do I go there just to get my certificates translated and authenticated??? Doesn't make sense... :s

Firstly, you have to get through the entrance exam. If you're successful with that then they will send you an invitation letter to join the faculty.

This invitation letter will contain all of the details concerning what documents they require from you.

There's no point doing all the translations now because you might not even get past the entrance exam.

True that but I'm giving the exam on 31st august..and the school told me that the university starts in Sept so I won't have time to get all the documents in order in such short time..hence I thought tht i can get it sorted..but by the look of it thts not possible.....

In that case you should definitely contact the school for clarification because the 31st August exam is only for special case students. As stated on the faulty website:

late term August 31, 2012 (just for those who are not able to attend the regular one because of serious reason)

Oh yes I have done that..I have A level exams in may/june

Your best bet would be to get them translated at your local Czech embassy or ask them to refer you to an appropriate translation agency.

Guys, does anyone know is it hard to pass entering exams to First Faculty?
how many people failed?
