The green book is a list of ACGME approved residency programs. THe link with this and rotations is that you want to do at least your 3rd year core rotations at these programs as opposed to non-ACGME programs to avoid future licensing problems.

Check out www.acgme.org/adspublic, then click on the link to the left that says "list by sponsor". Next, from the drop-down menu that comes up, select the State you're interested in. Then you'll get another drop-down menu listing all of the hospitals with residencies - or "green book rotations". If you choose one of the hospitals, you can then view the residencies ("green book rotations") offered in that hospital.
