Typical 3rd & 4th Year Schedule Starting in January

Does anyone have an idea of what a typical schedule is for a Caribbean student starting 3rd year in January? I am wondering what an aggressive yet optimistic schedule would be. Can I realistically be ready for 2007 match if I start clinicals in Jan 06, and if so, what would the schedule be? Thanks.
