Thread: Chiropractic in hospitals

I wonder with NUHS new MScACP or DCM programs will we see more DCs in Hospitals ? or additional Chiropractic hospital residency opportunities ? (specific to NMSK.) Chiropractic in hospital setting, might not only improve patient's care, it might save the hospital & managed care companies additional $$$.

Considering the approach is more evidence based, and DCs are expanding their scope to include minor surgery and pharmacology. We are experiencing more collaboration between evidence based DCs and MDs.

More than ever, EBM DCs are becoming a valuable choice practitioners in hospital settings, here are few examples:

One can only dream...

There are a few chiropractors working in hospitals at present. They are either practicing clinically or employed as research associates with additional academic appointments in medical schools, public health schools etc..
