Online translatos does not work on scans because it can only traslate articles that are online. Another thing is the online translator worked pretty well in translating the essential ideas within the articl. After the embassment of the first report, I can not believe that you still expect some of us to trust amigoe as a legitimate source.

This follow up was the reaction/view of the minister of the NA. Hmm, you're rigth, silly of me, what this person (minister of education) has to say about the matter is completely not legitimate ... or ..., hmm, ... or ... Sorry, I can not continue, to confused for the moment, have to check my sources about politics, elections, lawmaking, recognition/accreditation by governments (why actually by goverments? Are they legit?) etc ... Be back, can take a while ... Maka |

Lohan Friend Sues Blogger for Defamation Wednesday October 10 11:31 PM ET A judged cleared the way Wednesday for a celebrity blogger to be questioned about his report claiming Lindsay Lohan's friend planted cocaine found in the actress's car after a crash. Samantha Ronson has sued Perez Hilton for defamation after he repeated a report that first appeared on the Web site CelebrityBabylon.com. "I am not now and have never been a drug user," Ronson stated in a supplemental declaration filed with the court on Monday. "I have never handled or touched cocaine. I did not ever place any cocaine at any place at any time." ADVERTISEMENT Superior Court Judge Elihu M. Berle said Ronson's attorneys can take a four-hour deposition from Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira. Hilton's attorney, Bryan J. Freedman, said that his client made sure the information was "accurate and trustworthy" before he published his report. "He stands by his actions as being legal and proper and believes that the First Amendment protects him," Freedman said. Ronson must prove that even if the report was erroneous, Hilton acted maliciously, Freedman said after the hearing. "The judge at this point found that they didn't provide any evidence of malice ... so the judge was going to give them one more bite of the apple" by allowing the attorneys to question Hilton, he said. "If Ms. Ronson is attempting to get some sort of relief in court and to show that Mario Lavandeira had any malice, I think she's going to a hardware store for milk. It's just not going to happen," Freedman said. Ronson also sued Jill Ishkanian, whose Sunset Photo and News Agency operates CelebrityBabylon.com. However, the judge was told Wednesday that Ishkanian's attorneys have settled their case with Ronson. Ronson attorney Martin Garbus said the case could be dismissed as soon as Thursday. |

yes indeed
I have said that before here in VMD. However, the courts in the U.S. have been split about the issue, depending on jurisdiction. Some cases have been thrown out other have made it to the end with interesting results on both sides of the spectrum. Like choosing a medical school , people should be careful. What to say and not say, legal fees are outrageously high nowadays, and contrary to popular belief, when it comes down to crunch time and supoaena time, we are not as annonymous as we believe to be. It is costly indeed.

Serious
These questions that are asked are probably to serious for this forum.
They are hot! Nobody wants to burn their fingers on them and people who probably know answers on them, will rather bury them under irrelevant information. Just my 0.02 Antillean Guilders ... Maka |

E2W, You are completely correct!!
But I think these questions are important, so if there are people out here that have an answer, pleeeeeaaaase reply on them. I know, you guys think that the newspapers are not good over here, but ... This whole issue is hurting all the medical schools in the Dutch Antilles. I am talking about the school(s) on St Eustatius, St Maarten, Saba, Bonaire and Curacao ... It would be a shame if they were to be hurt by unprofessional behaviour of one. I am talking about: plagiarism, no listings, misleading information, ... That is why we are here posting, isn't it? Maybe a reaction from all those schools together would be good ... |
