Hi All,

So you are not getting charter in near future?

Hi All,

You are wrong as usual....
And one BIG question: What St. Martinus has to do with your failure?

Whats so hard to understand

Re I can say that when I was at St Martinus, and you went to the owner and proved to him that the Dean that he had appointed could not teach or Dean, that person was removed.

THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED in early 2005 J… S…… was removed as Dean, because he could not teach…….he was teaching error. And he was a poor administrator.

When senior staff asserted that EES should be Dean, she was appointed.

When we had J S redeaned (it was real fun), the doctors who were senior to EES in years experience did not want to be Dean. We acted as King Makers and propsed that EES be the Dean.

When he was told that something wanted fixing - he did so. He struggled to fix things as required. He did what was necessary to improve conditions as we insisted. Compared to some of the dunces I worked for at other schools.

Why would they wait five months

RL What proof do you have that "St. Martinus just inspired Amigoe for the article, to postpone our charter"

You have none whatsoever, and you know it. You are accusing them of doing what your teaching indicates should be done, and what you would do!

Why would they wait five months to do this?

From my experience. St. Martinus does not attack other schools or persons. St Martinus students or staff very rarely post on their forum. At St Marts folk traditionally just go about their business beating book.

Eastern 2western the article comes over unclear because you apparently scanned it and your scanner has warbled the message, and it is very unclear. To say that “the article is a joke and “After reading the first paragraph, I just had to disregard this article as being a piece of legitimate journalism” does not seem very logical. Please don’t descend to the same level of betzpaenia as RL. How can you make an adjudication on a two page piece by reading a few lines.

Another writer opines that “ St. Martinus is very much in trouble financally.” St Martinus has always struggled because it has not usually attracted the number of students to break even. But folk do get paid there …..eventually, instead of NOT AT ALL AS AT SJMS! Many have left that institution or been fired without pay!

He writes that “John********has not been seen in Curacao for now for about four weeks” So what? Perhaps he has gone doing due diligence, looking for investors or whatever, to keep the school going, as was the case in 2004. There was a lot of write up in the papers then too.......but the school went on for a further three years so far.

What makes St. Martinus think they could charge 8100 dollars per semester, when St. Mathews by far a better school under 8000 dollars. St. Martinus is like 4 or 5 highest tuition school in caribbean, why???

Because they offer a good program and actually teach the content of the Basic Sciences. FYI I have on CD in my posession the archives of classes held at St Martinus up to summer 2006. I can assure it is good information. They have a course in the fifth semester that originated out of extracurricular classes that I personally started to correlate the information taught in the basic sciences by system and relate it to clinical experience.

How long have you taught medical students or practiced medicine to authorize you to comment on St Marts program? How many schools have you attended?

Perhaps John ****** D will one day give it up, or sell it to a another organization before they both go under. But you know what? I admire him when I compare him to the abject crooks and charlatans and evil men I have met as owners of the other bogus schools at which I taught.

I would not put a lot faith on this article. It is true that I used an online translator for quick reference, but I have good reason to suspect that the content of the article is basically regurgitating the information that has been listed on the value md forum. If you read the original poster's summary of the article, one of his lines specifically states the article quotes value md as a source. I could be over paranoid, but I do not remember the last time any legitimate media used an online blog as a source of reference.

The scan off the frontpage will come soon ....

Anyway, ValueMD is valued ;-))
this is the original post. I am not defending cmu or have any interest in cmu, I am just trying to stay as objective as possible.

Why not just join forces with St. Martinus (Merge). Two schools struggling become one and overcome the milestones....

BUT, I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH ST MARTINUS WANTS TO LOSE WHAT IS LEFT OF ITS INTEGRITY.

You might not know, but

St Martinus has in the pass refused to merge with much better schools than CMU. It is quite unlikely that they will desend this low now
