There is no ground for law suit because posting an article from another newspaper is protected by freedom of speech.

So now the biggest investor is the bank that seized their property.

art of war

I think RL is using a fog of war to distract people from actually concentrate on the newspaper article.
Come on RL, can u at lest concentrate on the topic of the thread? This thread is not about what st martinus did in the past. It is actually about cmu. Are u going to say anything about the articl? Any response? You know most of us can not read Dutch. You can at least do the translation for us, right?

Just the Facts!

Yes St. Martinus is very much in trouble finanically. One of the student transfer another school but paid St. Martinus for the whole Basic Science Program, but they couldn't pay so they went to court and found out they went bankrupt. John**************has not been seen in Curacao for now for about four weeks, what are they going to tell their students when they have to move out? It time for both schools to tell their students the truth. Both school are in bad shape and if you are thinking about going to Curacao please do yourself a favor and check it out carefully. This was their biggest incoming class (St. Martinus) about 26 (premed and MD) thats pretty sad considering September is usually caribbean medical school biggest incoming class. Total premed and MD less then 70 students. Also don't believe everything you read on the web site for both school. What makes St. Martinus think they could charge 8100 dollars per semester, when St. Mathews by far a better school under 8000 dollars. St. Martinus is like 4 or 5 highest tuition school in caribbean, why??? Both school need a wake up call and give it up, or sell it to a another organization before they both go under and they are as of now. John ****** has a good idea trying to sell it before bank takes it over. ?For rl what an you say but................

There is problem with this kind of logic. Two wrongs do not make one right. If saint martinus is doing this, then it is okay to do that. Where are we at? Is this kindergarden? Come on dude, we are all adults. Can RL please respond to some of the points that are mentioned in the article or can he at least be the translater for us?
