Last and Final TOS warning to all

Most of the users here in the CMU forum are veteran ValueMD users. You should ALL know to stay within the confines of the Terms of Service. Infractions and bans WILL be issued as moderators are going through the posts. If you feel you need to edit your posts, DO SO NOW.

Thank you. This forum was becoming a joke.

I'm not trying to defend RL but some people on this forum really need to get a hobby. Some people just sit around waiting for any chance to pounce on one of RL's post's just trying to just stir up drama wherever possible.

Exhibit A is the thread that started with the pretend Dateline headline. If this isn't trolling I am not sure what is. I doubt that this would have been allowed on another forum; however, everyone was allowed to pile on this silly thread. I am no fan of CMU; however, I am curious why the Dateline thread was not considered against TOS. The valueMD group is doing just fine exposing CMU but they need to keep the ball in bounds.

On this I agree, I have no idea why this was allowed to stay open for almost 24 hours? This thread is a TOS violation in that its false and it causes distress to the students of the school and that is what VMD is supposed to be here for, STUDENTS. Admin only add to the forum in most cases to answer questions and clarify about the school not to promote the school, but as we know promotion happens anyway ( not just this forum all forums)

MODS consider closing the dateline thread and moving it to the relaxing lounge (open or closed there) I think it is a TOS violation, If such a story/investigation does happen then it is appropriate but not at the moment.

A lot is being investigated, but it's early in the morning.

many users think threads they dont like are tos violations. That includes "promotion" and things that may "distress" students. There are plenty of violations here without users making up their own. also if you find a thread offensive, here's a thought: dont post on it and keep it going.
