If any of the other tenants decide to leave, you will only be responsible for your share of the rent ($680) and electric usage. All you need to bring is your clothes and the owner will supply the rest.

The rental includes WIRELESS INTERNET (a plus), cable TV, heat and hot water. Tenants will share the electrical bill.

The College of Staten Island is 20 min by car and 45 by bus and Richmond University Hospital is only 20 minutes away by bus or 10 minutes by car. The 44S and 98X local bus line take you to the Staten Island Ferry (20 minute ride to the SI Ferry) or a 5 minute drive to the Staten Island Expressway and New Jersey Turnpike.
