Thread: TOEFL REQUIREMENT for CSA

I was wondering whether if you were born and did all education JK- Undergraduate in Canada you could be exempted from the TOEFL requirement.

Rules differ by province. See CaRMS - (R-1) - Eligibility - Provincial Restrictions
Typically if you are fluent in English (and I mean fluent), no one will want a TOEFL out of you (with the apparent exception of Manitoba).

Has anyone applied to Manitoba through CaRMS? Is the TOEFL requirement real or did they just forget to include who is excluded from requiring it?
