You can practice in the US, but you have to go through the same visa issues as averyone else. You will have to find a J-1 or preferrably an H-1 visa. Such residency spots are not difficult to find. After you are done residency there are a lot of ways to get around the J-1 "go back to where you came from for a few years" rule. You can get jobs in underserved areas, etc. Many pay OK, and have loan repayment. G
