Read something in the Toronto Star two days ago, saying that all canadians working/studying in USA will have to go through this new program where you have fingerprints taken, and fill some more forms in.

anyone hear about how this will/has affected doing clinicals in USA?

(this is all starting to sound very orwellian to me)

I know that for people visiting in the short term, this new thing has little effect.
