When will getting a residency spot in the US be impossible?
With all the new DO medical schools and a few new MD medical schools in the United States, coupled with the fact that there are dozens of caribbean medical schools designed only to get people back into the US, when will we see competition for residency spots in the US equal that of Canada (for foreign grads)?

work harder
As long as you work hard, Get good grades on USMLE's and Good 4-5 LOR's then not only you will match, but you will match going to a school like spartan.
Work hard for 40 month then is all easy
