Thread: Pleven - Letter from the Ministry, how long does it take?????

Hi Guys


I have sent my documents to MU Pleven, got accepted in the first level, by the University
Now the University said to me that they are wiating for the approval from the Ministry of Education
It has been 4 weeks now and nothing...everytime I talak to Ms Petya, she tells that documents are at Ministrya and that I 'll be informed

How how did it took to receive the ok from the Ministry and start getting the visa?

I have another questions for the DevilDoc, is there good internet service in Pleven? What about cell phones and stuff? Is it expensive?

I don't know if any government in the Balkan region is currently going to get things done in an expedited fashion... don't get your hopes up too high for Romania, either.

I don't live in Pleven, so I have no idea about internet there. If it is anything like Sofia, there are a million ISPs and probably 10 of them are reliable. Ask around when you get there and the students will know who is good.

Mobile phone service is relatively expensive here. In fact, rumor has it that the EU is investigating several of the companies for price fixing to jack up the rates for Bulgarian customers. Again, if you shop around in Pleven and ask the students there, they will be able to guide you to the better providers.

hello guys, i have been accepted in pleven faculty. Does anyone around here can give me some info about the city? there´s not much on the web...

one more thing, letter from the ministry is required also for EU citizens?
