2- What can happend if we dont have P53?

1. p53 is the tumor-suppressor that guards our genome.
2. Without it, our cells that are defective or mutated complete the cell cycle, instead of being called out by p53, and made to undergo apoptosis.
3. Li-Fraumeni syndrome, which involves multiple system tumors.
4. I am most certain it will be there.
5. I'll add a follow-up question. Which part of the cell cycle does p53 work in?
