#7 Vitamins
You have a 9 year old patient that is brought by his father because the child has not been eating right, the child lives with his grandmother and the father visit his son every moth or so, now he finds that the child has swollen gums, and a cut that he got 2 days ago is still bleeding.
Dont expect that they well ask you what is the Dx, or what vit. is deficient that will be to easy.( maybe they will) for what neurotranssmiter is this vit. a cofactor? What mineral absorption do you need this vit.? Dx= SCURVY VIT= C Cofactor for dopmine---- norepinephrine Iron this is the stragest way they can ask you about vit. c, if they ask you the easy ones, good for us an extra correct questions
