If you're asking if there are 4yr grad entry courses in Australia, yes, there are many. They confer the MBBS degree which is equivalent to the MD. None specifically prepare students for the USMLE, but the programmes are all very similar, and students study extra for & do well on the exam, and then return. Several schools have a longer track record of sending them back to the US, chiefly because they've been grad entry schools accepting int'ls for longer (first one was Flinders, i think '96 was their first grad entry year, then USyd, Melbourne and UQ, more recently ANU, WA and Griffith).
