Fellowship in Australia or New Zealand

Hi, my name is francisco; IMG resident in neurology in UTMB galveston. I´m on a J1 VISA and even though the possibility of applying for a waiver hasn´t been discarded, do yo know of any european country that may accept a neurology american specialty degree to apply for an australian or new zealand fellowship program?
