want guidence about postgraduation in australia

i am a pakistani student and i have finished my (MBBS)bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from china and now i want to do my (SPECIALISATION)postgraduation in some field of surgery.

can anyone here please tell me that what procedure i need to do to get into australian universities for my requried course ...?

can anyone please tell me universities in australia which are cheap and where i can get admission easily....?
