Question Help!!

hey, im really confused.. im thinking about going to medical school abroad so that i can finish faster, and not waste time doing years of undergrad (in canada), i was looking into the carribeans but all the schools there seem to be not that great. i was wondering if there are any schools in australia that accept students immediatly after high school? And if there are i was also wondering about the residency postions they get in the states after writing their usmle's. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
