Australian medical schools train their students to practise in Australia. In our course, we focus more on diseases that are prevalent in Australia rather than those that are prevalent in the States. Some of the common diseases described in Robbins pathology aren't exactly as prevalent over here. I doubt the Aussies keep statistics of the info you want; this is in contrast with the Caribbean schools as they need to keep that info to attract foreign students, which comprise the majority of the school population. In my class (Melbourne Uni) of 250+, there's just one American student. I can't speak for other Australian schools though...
