If you are a medical student, don’t waste your money on this. You can get these experiences free if you shadow a doctor in your local community. Most of the doctors will let u examine a patient as long as its non invasive and most of the patient will give you consent too. For a starter, Get a book like Macleod’s Clinical Examination. Its got a detailed explanation of all clinical examinations that you will need. Watch the doctor you are shadowing examine the patient and ask them to assess your examination skill. This will really improve your examination skills plus you will be learning from professionals and learn the trick of the trade so to speak.

If i were you i would research more into the local community, call your local hospital and find out if its possible to organize something like this. I was able to organize something similar in UK during my summer break and it didn't cost me a penny. It always helps if u know a clinician who can help u organize something like this.
