Hello and Welcome AUC Medical Students to St. Maarten!!!!

Sunset Residence is a newly renovated modernized apartment complex.
We are a 3 minute walk to AUC, and have a Studio and 1 Bedroom apartments starting from $950-$1,300 including DSL Internet and 3 different Wi-Fi connections. The entire building is fully hurricane proof as well as fully furnished with modern furniture and newly renovated kitchens. We have a security guard in the evening hours and private parking in front of the building complex. Our building has a Generator!!!!!
