We Rent Short term to vacationers Christmas through Easter, so it's available till the end of your fall semester in December. We are the owners of this unit so there are no broker/agent fees, you would be renting directly from us. This is our only unit and the only one we rent, sorry. It's a great unit right on the ocean, the baconies are awesome.

I'm a student at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and will be looking for new Housing starting mid August of this year. I'm not sure what your negotiation boundaries are, but if still available, I can do $2500 a month with a one year lease. I will be sure to maintain it in great condition.

Yes at this point the condo is available for the Fall Semester Only,. Any time after July 14th till Mid December. We are asking only $2950/ month which is low for an ocean unit, because it is only for 1 semester in Low season. Every year this unit will be available for the Summer and Fall Semester. We offer discounts for visiting parents of students.
