Hi, I just read your thread - we own Unit # 204, cupecoybeachclub.net - you can view the unit. We rent short-term bookings Xmas-April, but would rent long term 2 bed, 3 full baths oceanfront. Most people find roommate for the 2nd bedroom. 1 car parking - The rent is $3500/ month plus utilities. We also can rent just a 'bedroom' - with balcony on ocean, full bathroom, closet, & mini-fridge. This could be rented immediately at $1500 including utilities/month, no parking.
