Isn't this the place that had no water for a good long while as documented on slevit1's blog a few months back? I think I have heard more complaints about that landlord then the infamous Solutions!

Lol, really?? Last I heard this place charges $200 per month per person for utilities, plus extra per month for the hacked/cracked cable tv that really should not cost anything!

As for the electronic security gate ... the guy was here all last week installing it, so yes it will be up and running.

And as for the water situation, a new pump/system is being installed today and tomorrow. So it's being fixed. 200/month for utilities included in rent ... overall rent is still A LOT cheaper then you're going to pay anywhere else, especially Solutions!!!!!!

how far is it from auc?

i dont have a car...

It's about a 2.5 mile drive, so you would definitely need a car. Good thing about it is that because it's on the French side, there's no need to worry about all the traffic like past the airport/through Simpson Bay.
