p.s. I just got a VoIP phone (Philips 841) and a monthly plan for Skype usage, so states-calling is no problem.

I'm willing to front the entire first month's rent.

Furthermore, pretty much all of the paperwork has been taken care of by yours truly; i'm all about the quick, painless transitions!

wish i had known about this before i put in my deposit and got a dorm... hopefully something like this will be available for the summer term... i would def opt for this setup for the price/amenities
