What do you mean by not complete kitchen? Does the rent include utilities? Also is there any kind of view?

The kitchen is in the connecting apartment. You'd have to talk to the owner's about the utilities. The apartment is on the second floor. I haven't been up there, so I can't tell you about the view.

Basically, there is a couple that has a two bedroom apartment in the Cupecoy Beach club who are looking to rent their master bedroom because the husband will be away for a long time. They will only rent to a woman.
