Includes several different bars to hook onto the machine such as a rope for tricep pull down, preacher stand for doing curls, calf and hamstring exercies can be done on the machine as well. Comes with the lat pull down bar, as well as many other extras. You can do literally every muscle group including seated rows. Want to get rid of it asap so selling for 300. Ordered for 599 1st semester from the local weight place in Simpson Bay.
