"One bedroom available for rent beginning in August to single professional or student, girls only. Small dog okay. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 other roommates (professionals in late 20's) and a cute 20 lb. dog. Excellent location, close proximity to expressways, hospitals(20 min. drive to NUMC) and many amenities such as restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, & well lit 24 hr laundromat, in a clean strip mall complex(1 min. drive). Rent includes all utilities (including wifi!). Require 1 month's rent for security deposit and $200 refundable pet fee(if applicable) with first month's rent.
